Pair of 1950s wall lamps/ sconces in Art Deco/midcentury modern style. Minimal angular brass wall with small arms holding conical glass lampshades. The translucent lampshades are a cream/ beige colour with clear pinstripes.
DIMENSIONS: weight: 1.2kg (2.64 lbs). height: 28cm (11.02"); glass width : ca. 15cm (5.9''); depth of lampshade: ca. 13cm (5.11''). Wall fixture: 9.5x4.5cm (3.7''x1.77'').
EXTERIOR CONDITION: good used. The glass is intact. Some minor surface scratches can be expected as well as tarnishing of the metal (please see photos).
CONDITION of ELECTRICS: original electrics. We have no manufacturer's specifications for these lamps but presume they are wired for European mains 210-250V. All lamps are sold "as is" and must be checked/ fitted by an electrician prior to use. Use with E27 Edison screw cap bulbs (40W maximum) - not included.
These sconces come with brackets for wall mounting. These lights were designed to be used with pull cord switches but these are missing and can either be replaced or hardwired to work from a light switch as is currently ordinary.

Please also note: the glass lampshades will packed separately if possible for their safety in transit and will need to be reassembled which is quick and easy to do.
