Pair of 1960s Danish Teak Wall Lights

Out of stock

A pair of 1960s wall lights. Slender teak bases with brass arms; 'milk glass' textured lampshades resembling Chinese lanterns. Stunning midcentury modern feature lights that will brighten up a hallway or as bedroom or bathroom lights.

Condition: very good, consistent with the age of the lamps. The glass has no cracks, but a few small chips on the rims. Some surface scratches on the wood and one tiny chip. All the flaws are only visible on close inspection.

The lamps are fitted with wall brackets for mounting on the wall. Pull cord switches.
Dimensions:

weight: 340g each.

Wooden bases: 34cm high (13.38''), 6.5cm (2.5'') at widest point,  3cm (1.25'') at the narrowest point,

Lampshades: 20cm (7.75'') high, diameter ca. 8cm (3,2'') widest.

Electrics: Original electrics. We have no manufacturer's specifications for this item but presume they are wired for European mains 210-250V. These lamps are sold "as is" and should be checked by an electrician prior to use.

Take E14 screw cap bulbs (low wattage not higher than 40W recommended). Light bulbs are not included.
